How to Make Scrunchies
Making hair scrunchies is a lot of fun and you can get really creative with the fabric you choose. I made some Scrunchies for all of the women at our Super Bowl party last year with fabric from our favorite team, and they were a huge hit. In this short article, I’m going to give you an overview of just how easy it is to make scrunchies!
First, there are a few things you’ll need to pick up at your local craft store.
- Elastic
- Fabric
- Needles
- Sewing thread
Once you have the required materials, measure and cut a piece of fabric 4-5 inches wide and a foot and a half long. Fold the fabric lengthwise and stitch. Be sure to leave both ends open.
Next, insert a piece of elastic and stitch it at both ends of the fabric. Last but not least, pull the ends together and stitch closed!
