Email is probably the most popular way to stay in touch these days, but sometimes finding that dot-com address isn’t the easiest task. With tools like Myspace, Facebook and other social networks, finding friends has become easier. Follow these steps to find the email address of those you are trying to maintain contact with.
Step 1: Word of mouth is always an oldie, but goodie. Talk to friends of this person to see if they know his or her email address. If this person has a MySpace Account and you also do, send them a message asking for the address.
Step 2: Try a google.com search. Try the person’s name, with their location. The Internet has a lot of information on people, including blogs, message boards, forums, etc.
Step 3: Conduct email address searches for this person on Facebook.com, Myspace.com, Friendster.com and, Classmates.com.
Tips
- Be as specific as you can when conducting these services, supplying as much information as you have on the person. If you are vague, the search will provide vague and less results.
